By signing a memorandum of understanding on joint trade, commerce and investment cooperation with the Dagestan Chamber of Commerce of Russia in the presence of the President of Dagestan Province, the Minister of Economy, the Minister of Industry, the Head of the Dagestan Chamber of Commerce, and a group of other Dagestan provincial officials, we began facilitating trade, commerce and investment interactions between Iranian and Russian businessmen.
